I wish everyones testomony was that clear cut. -
seems pretty sweet...and a hell of a lot cheaper than getting a paint job
-
I just ordered a custom skin yesterday...I'll keep you posted when it actually arrives.
-
Post some pics and let us know how easy it was when you are done. cant wait to see how it looks!
-
I am interrested in it's durability, if you can comment on how it would resist to everyday scratches if applied to, let's say, the outter case of the LCD.
I used paint around the keyboard, but I am unsure if I should go with paint or vinyl for the outside, which will obviously take more "hits" with everyday transportation. -
It's supposed to ship out tomorrow; once I get it installed, I'll post a review of the entire process.
-

Hi
I used white vinyl and purchased it at a professional sign shop. It is made by 3M and has a pressure sensitive backing. Did it in about five minutes after removing the cover. Thought I would need a hair dryer to stretch material over the corners, but proved to be unnecessary. Costs a couple of dollars for material. Printer at shop indicated the material was printable in case you want to included design. Did a beautiful job with no wrinkles or bubbles. (No I am not going to post picture. Take my word for it, it looks professional)
