    how do you clean the black bezel on your 4820T laptop?

    sorry if its posted in the wrong subforum - couldn't find a more suitable one to post in!

    may i know how you guys clean the dust off the black bezel ( around the LCD screen and also on the edges of the keyboard ) on the 4820T?

    i find it extremely easy to get micro-scratches. my friend used just a microfibre cloth to wipe it and got scratches all over.. so i'm pretty afraid i'd scratch mine as well.

    any advice? (other than vacuum.. ) :)

    The bezel already has tough bits of dirt, when you wipe it, you trap the dirt between the bezel and the cloth and drag it along, this causes the scratches.

    You'll need a good lubricant to lift the dirt of the bezel before wiping or you'll need to tap it gently with a tac cloth to remove the large bits
