    hi

so i am thinking about painting the lid of my dell 1501 but don't want to break anything while removing it. i successfully removed the bezel but the lid (topsheet) seemed like it was attached somewhere i couldn't see. any info on how to remove this part would be appreciated. thanks.

You have to push the screen latches to the open position in order to remove the bezel all of the way.
