    Hi,

Previously was using a logitech laptop cooler my friend gave me, it was noisy and tbh didn't really cool my W110-ER as much as I wanted. Quick 5 mins usb fan mod + cutting out a hole in folder and sticking rubber feet to the new cooler CPU now idling at 45'c and silence :)

Not the best looking or techy mod but got the results I wanted.

I almost did that very same mod a few weeks ago, but it was a little big for my needs. I'm working on a custom cooler for my old netbook but I think i'm going to have to buy a small 40 or 50mm fan.

Hahaha, nice improvisation :) maybe cut some more holes around on that folder thing for better air flow? :)

At the moment its doing a great job, fingers crossed it cools my new laptop just as well :) I knew my old spare fans would come in handy at some stage haha, because both sides of the folder are exposed it has no problems sucking in air from the sides, I had added another layer of pads to further increase the distance from the folder and this has helped a little more.
