Laptop: z61t. Normal cover, not titanium
Materials: Krylon fusion white, krylon gloss, 1200 grit sandpaper, mothers sealer and polish, turtle wax rubbing compound, turtle wax platinum gloss wax
Time: 2 days
Stuff I would do differently if I could: let the paint set more before handling(a few finger prints on the paint), tape better, use better clearcoat, polish more.
Other comments: Thanks for the dude who posted the tutorial on how to paint his laptop on here, and this guy http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1400014. And your welcome for the other random pics!

not sure how different a car and a notebook is, but have u tried wet sandin or buffin the imperfections out? if they're not too deep? good luck with that. -
