    ^See title.

I've been blessed(?) with a clumsy wife and I am paranoid about leaving sensitive electronics around her. She she denies any involvement, things seem to . . . "fall off" (DSLR) or "break apart" (laptop) around her.

Of course, I've had my share of . . . moments, but not near the same intensity nor frequency.

Aaaanyhow, that gets us to square one. Are there any film covers for laptops displays that I can get? The ones I've seen seem outrageously priced ($50+) and I am definitely open to alternatives, I was thinking maybe I could find some static cling film from a hobby/hardware store and cut it to size.

If this helps any, I have a Dell XPS 15 L502. Has anyone tried this?

Fit her with a pair of boxing gloves and super glue them on, that should keep you safe for a while.

I bought one for my laptop from a place in Hong Kong. They shipped it for free. I paid less than $5.00 . Just type in laptop screen protectors on eBay.

The problem that I ran into, however, was the mailman. He bent it to fit into my mailbox and after that, it was pretty much ruined. :/
