Ok so this is kind of off topic, but what do you think would define a "steampunk mod" in a laptop NON COSMETIC? (I mean, not intentionally a cosmetic mod) I am thinking about coining the term for something special I am going to do to one of my laptops, but you first. :p

Unless you intend to make it run on steam power I cant see any sort of steampunk mod that is not cosmetic as thats like saying doing a cpu mod without modding the cpu.

Well, you could still make it LOOK steampunk, as long as the INTENT was not purely cosmetic....

I am thinking about cutting a large hole in my laptop to allow for a pretty massive x7200 heatsink to fit outside the chassis.
I think I need a better name than "steampunk mod" for it though...
