I have been thinking about painting my i6000 since I got it. I wanted to see what different paint schemes might look like and I figured out that MS Paint is a good way to test out different things. Here is how I am planning on painting my i6000.

Cool... It looks like the XPS M170. But the 3rd option looks too much like the B130. Just paint the white bumpers black and the rest just like you have in the 1st set of pics. And let us know how it turns out

Yea, I was actually thinking the same exact thing. I probably won't get to it for another month or so, but I will definately post pics when it is done. I want to buy some Artic Silver to add to when I have the thing apart.

Yea, I was thinking of looking for spares to so I don't viod the warranty. We'll see though, I have decided yet.

where do you get laptop paint obviously the spray paint and sandpaper didn't work for mine!!!!

I believe that lmark84l used Krylon Fusion spraypaint which bonds to plastics at a molecular level, eliminating most of the paint scratching off, and so you don't have to prime it or anything. Just spray and go.

Use MS Paint or another program to test out a paint scheme.
