I have a Toshiba laptop that has a worn looking touchpad but it works great. Is there any way to make the touchpad look better without replacing it? Paint etc...
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks

I don't encourage anyone to paint a touchpad. The paint will wear out pretty fast !

Hence, I don't think there is any easy solution, besides replacing the touch pad .. Look on eBay, sometimes you can find the top cover pretty cheap, if you're into laptops repair.

The pros don't even paint touchpads so I wouldn't do that. You could buy the part and repair it yourself if you think you can or have it done. Or just live with it.
