Hi Rayton Fine electronics silver solder with built in flux.
first of all here is a idea
Soldering is tedious so I like to use something to be my heat sink when I am soldering as close to the mother board as you are .

Do you know how to unsolder ? Radioshack has desoldering wicks I call em and desoldering suc bulbs .

You may want to practice fine tip soldering before attempting this as it is easy to over heat or have solder run and ruin your motherboard .
Radioshack has great fine line silver solder .

I've been doing crazy electronics for over 30 years it takes a steady hand and the right soldering tools . Take your time and I reccomend a fine tip 15 watt soldering iron pointy tip ok !

    Good luck
    MissHarley
