So much money, so few ideas!!

i am getting an alienware 7700 and of course am putting only the best internal components in it, but i still am going to have quite a bit of cash left over in my budget.. i am going to light up the keyboard in blue.. and i was considering puting carbon fiber or something on the rubber grips of the lid because i hate the look of it.. any ideas at all?? make a suggestion about a mod no matter how big or small.. anything from fan mods to adding onto the hardware!! thanks!! heres an exact pic of the one im getting http://www.rol.ru/pictures/it/news/m7700-2.jpg

 

It'll be hard making illuminated keyboards as there simply is not enough space to do so. Under the keyboard, there is less then a quarter of an inch of space, and most of that space is already taken up.

As for ideas, besides physical, there isn't much to do, perhaps LEDs in the vents?

 

yea im considering that.. but about the keyboard.. i found el wire that is 1 mm thick.. i wonder if it would provide significant glow?? but i also found a micro inverter for it.. but in the 7700 there is plenty of excess space, so almost anything is possible.. im just having trouble with ideas.. of course the more lights the better right??!!

 

Well, it glowing and it actually working well is two different things. I did research on it a while back(like a year ago), and confirmed that, while possible to put LED strips, the end result is pretty bad.

install 3 50 inch plasmas, 8 15 inch Kicker solobaric subwoofers, an underbody neon kit and a hydraulic powered LCD lift!!!!!!!

 

get an ssd hard drive or at least get an express card slot one, if u need more space than an ssd offers, get that intel 1gb hyperfetch hdd that caches it, if i had money to blow id put it into the biggest bottleneck the hdd.
