Thank you, thank you, and thank you.
It's still a work in progress, I had to hustle toward the end because I was running out of time. I'm still working on a shelf design, and a way to integrate some 3.5" bay card readers, usb ports, and other goodies into the desk. As well as some better cable management. I'll be posting updates in here accordingly![]()

good stuff bense.
@ mr. B: i still love yur dual monitor set up. -
damn...
Why things are so expensive here =/
anyway, wonderful pictures you have on your website Mr. B (well, your pcs pictures) -
my desk only cost me $160
-
well, 160 bucks on USA
however in Brazil... (sry, I forgot to mention it)
here = Brazil xD -
Behold!
This setup is of course temporary. I still need a few things: notebook cooler, a good headset, speakers, desk, etc. It's portable though, and temps are great! -
The fans are temporarily in a cardboard box since I still have to go Plexiglas shopping
. The cooler dropped my gpu temps a good 15C more than it used to be on my NC-2000 cooler.

When I move into my dorm, I'll post the setup.
-
If so, how do you like? How's the build quality? -
-
Just finished setting up in my dorm. I don't have a laptop yet as my dad stole my dv8000t from me a year ago, but once/if I get one I'll be sure to update... -
i think you need a bigger computer case
-
I love sarcasm... but yeah my case is ridiculously big. I could probably fit a small child in it. Imagine playing F.E.A.R. in the dark by yourself... when suddenly a little toddler girl's face appears in the side window!

Apologies for the low light.. this is a night shot -

Doing a little bit of reorganizing since I bought a book shelf. (Still need to dust)
Wish that I had a bit more room.Attached Files:

I just moved into our new house the girlfriend and I just bought. The room is a little bland/neutral, but that is to be expected of a new house. I am still trying to figure out what color paint/carpet I want in here.
Just got the new CM HAF 932 case that is shown as well.

The orange adds the color that the room is lacking XD

Well.....I finally got my new camera after my old one died so here is my current setup......its gonna change pretty soon when I move into my dorm for college.
Nothing really special here. My laptop is an Asus G51VX-RX05 and its just hooked up to a 17" 1280x1024 (yes.....5:4 aspect ratio......) external monitor, a 640GB external hard drive, and my mouse is a MX518. My headphones, which aren't in the picture, are the Sennheiser HD 202

cleaned up my surroundings a bit...although the desk is still the same

Quite the upgrade from my old Antec P180, man did I hate that case.
The room will be getting some color/decor soon. Fresh new house, everything is plain and empty. -
i like the x-mas lights
-
This is where I spend basicly...all of my time.

lol @ old school mechanical keyboard.
A Das keyboard II might be a good upgrade -
I know somebody was asking about my J5600s above...and here is a vid I made of one starting up. Pretty fancy but when the computer cost twice as much as most peoples cars it should be pretty fancy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=43K__IoYVmQ -

My new Pitt dorm room and my view. I have no tv, media center is my tv. Also, I have to use Vista 32-bit for internet in the dorm since it uses ethernet and the software to connect does not yet work with 7 or 64-bit computers.:

If my school made me use 32bit windows, to connect to their network, I would find a new school

Security purposes im guessing. A lot of networking apps are falling behind 64bit compatibility.

foxtrot: using computers as furniture ftw! lol -
Man, some of you people should not be showing off your computer rooms. I mean, yeah, you guys have nice equipment, but it looks like cause it's so damn messy and covered in dirt, crap, and dust.

Well...the title of the thread is to "show us your computer room 2!" People are just showing their rooms as it is. A hellhole of a room or an immaculate room is still a room. To each their own...I find a "messy" desk to make me seem busier than I really am so it motivates me to study/do what's necessary to clean up the "messy" desk. -
Lads, please stay on topic. This thread is not for car talk, there is a sub forum in the OT section for that. And if I see any more personal insults being thrown around you will receive warnings/infractions. If you haven't already read the forum rules, pleas do so now.
Thank you,
