Is there a way to remove scratches on a glossy LCD laptop screen??? (I don't want the kind that uses abrasives. Instead, I want the kind that fills in the gaps.

there is nothing out there that works all that well in removing the scratches if they are set in. If they are light scratches you can try plastic polishes such as nexus and my personal favorite 210 plastic cleaner, just stay away from the scratch removers because they can do more harm then good if your not careful. Also another thing to try is pledge funiture polish, it may sound funny buy we use it on aircraft window screens if we don't have 210 and it does a decent job of filling in the fine scratches so they are less notciable. When you do use these make sure you go in one direction either vertically or horzontally and do not do circlular motions. Also be sure every reapplication you rub in the same direction as you did before, doing this cuts down on swirl scratches and makes the current scratches less notciable.

I would not recommend anything to try to remove scratch on the surface of the lcd. It is not a hard surface like any other "glass" type.

Best thing is to clean the screen up, and put a protective screen over it to prevent further damages.

    cheers ...
