I ruined my first LCD bezel by rubbing too hard with a dirty microfiber towel. I was able to replace the bezel easily but wanted to ask if there was a proper way to clean soft, glossy, plastic parts of laptops.
Is a small amount of water (a mist) and clean microfiber towel the way to go? What's the best way to minimize scratches? Thanks.

use a small amount of warm water or iso-propyl alcohol on a clean microfiber cloth, and GENTLY rub the plastic. If you wax the glossy plastic, it'll make it harder to scratch the plastic, and the wax makes it easier to just wipe the dirt and fingerprints off.

clean microfiber cloth and rubbing alcohol is all you need.

dont rub in circles go only one direction, and use a spray wax on a clean microfiber cloth.
Proper way to clean soft, glossy, plastic?
