    K-Tron

I have read this thread and i am in awe and amazement over this "foldable desktop" you have construed. I must ask of one thing. What was the compelling point that made you go AMD as opposed to intel? And are there any plans to put a Solid State or two in to reduce energy usage and increase travel-worthiness? Lastly, are there any plans to upgrade the gpus from the 8800GTX's to the GTX 2xx series? I'm just curious, although I will say I love this thread.

    PS: new pictures! :D

    Sweet stuff, man.

So, how does an eATX motherboard work? Do the two processors have any trouble working together to support one OS, or is it all perfectly fine? Also, do they have eATX boards which support regular i7 processors? I'm thinking that a few years down the road I would like to put a second i7 920 into my desktop (16 threads! Hooray for rendering!), since my architecture studies seem to be leading me down the road of computers and graphic design as well.

EDIT: (I realize that the switch would require another set of triple-channel RAM and a new case for the mobo... PS, thanks to this thread and my discovery of Thermaltake's new Level 10 case, I'm thinking of building my own case for my next desktop! So thank you, k-tron!)

So K-TRON, how did you go about powering this beast? How did you integrate the battery into the power supply so that you could unplug it and take it across the room?

Man this is insane K-Tron, Though for a joke why dont you attempt to add an express 34/54 port and use a DIY vidoc setup for whichever gou your going to use... though It probably won't help unless you rig it to send information to that massive screen you got there. Oh well you probably know it but here's the DIY thread
