I'm seriously considering painting my M1210 palm rests - is there any special paint that i should use so that it doesn't rub off?

I think people have had good results with Krylon Fusion.

Yea, I was going to suggest it, but I must say my paint has worn off over time in the spots where the bottoms of my palms rub it. (Part of the problems is that I have a textured paint.)

If you use Fusion, I think you are going to want a clear coat to keep the painting from rubbing off from the oils on your hands.

Just about any paint you use is eventually going to rub off without some kind of protection. I'd recommend using some 3M paint protection film. Its comonly used for screen protectors and on cars.

That is an excellent idea. Thanks for mentioning it.
