I got a Toshiba Satellite A105 two years ago and I have enjoyed it; I have never had a problem with it. After all the use I have got out of it, the paint where my hands sit is rubbing off. Here is a picture of what I am talking about. What can I do about it?
Can I actually find a replacement or should I paint it? Maybe there is a site to find a sticker or something to cover it with?
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

It's just normal wear-and-tear. You can get a replacement panel, or some people buff entire panels and repaint them (which is a big project).

Would that be the same as this: http://www.sparepartswarehouse.com/Toshiba,Laptop,Part,V000060340.aspx
Are there any other possibilities I could do?
