I dunno why the skin turn even nicer when reacting with bright light eg.. camera flash.

Nice job, though the two don't really match but hey, looks cool

 

not a big fan of the design, but still looks pretty cool.

So is this some skin that is designed specifically for this model, or do you have to cut it and shape it.

BTW why did you leave the stickers (CPU, GFX, Win) under the skin? They show a bit!

Nice work..... although even from a picture you can tell it was done wit some haste...

.... I can see that you painted the palmrest and yet you left the ATI, Centrino and Windows sticker on the system and just painted over them. It also looks like you painted over the rubbers on the side.. I'd ask why, but I wouldn't want to throw you such a difficult question... you removed the palmrest sticker.... I just don't get it. It looks different.. and really that's all you can hope for. Doing all that without take a piece apart is good and bad... but I hope the paint was worth it because void goes the warranaty.

What kind of skin did you use for the top? From pictures I'd think it was airbrushed, but I don't think someone with that kind of talent to airbrush would have ignored the detail on the palmrest....

 

Wait a minute... the botton color is a skin as well? Ah.. in that case... I feel much better about what you did..... because it can be pulled off and changed. I have to agree, the colors and designs don't work for me - as well as sort of don't work 100% together... but when it gets dirty or you get sick of it, you can change it.

... good job... most people want to be different and you just went out and took a proactive approach.

By the way; love the "American McGee's Alice" background
ya as said above the outside and inside skins dont exactly match but still very cool looking.
The reflective inside skin looks cool (cuz its refelctive and changes colors )

 

the lid looks great, pull off the skin and it would look so nice.

flames and trible stuff look horrible on everything.

 

I love the mod but The A6Ja is kinda a ugly design.

 

That's pretty cool. I really like the back of the lid. ^^;

Now all you need is an Angel Wing on the back. xD!

e skin is actually juz from a shop in my country that deals with all these designs

Edit:: Just noticed the pattern on the lid is actually a bunch of lizards. LOL I still like it.

relvax > is it a gmask or sth? looks like it, they do laptops, but kinda expensive unless u get the stickers urself from somewhere else and do it urself.

 

I'm planning on getting an A7J, with the almost-identical physical design. Did the stickers come as flat sheets, or were they pre-formed to the custom shape of your laptop? Was it hard to get it on the outside lid, with the sloping sides and curves?

 

One of the best mods I have seen by far.
