You could try contacting Xotic to see if whoever they have doing their lids is willing to accept outside work. Other than that, you could see if any of the companies listed in the http://forum.notebookreview.com/not...s/118295-cosmetic-modification-resources.html sticky are still around.

I would second the recommendation to contact Xoticpc regarding this. Justin is the gentleman I have spoken to in the past, and he is more than helpful.
They ship out some pretty great custom work, so I'm assuming they would be able to get you in touch with the right folks. -
Just in case you didn't know because the title is not clear, you aren't going to buy a custom painted lid. You are going to remove the lid from your computer and get mail to someone to get custom painted.
