    I am wondering if they make skins or rubber sleeves like the Iskins (or equivalent) for Thinkpad t61. I did a bit of searching with no success.

    It's all about safe computing these days- can't be too careful with viruses (speaking of Trojans, lupin). Every time you link with another system, you're linking with every system that system ever linked with. I could go on.

    Sorry OP, you'll have to educate us on skins and rubber sleeves- each stay on while the notebook is operating? I take it there are holes over the vents, and they are somewhat form fitting then, model-specific? So just pretty much protects against scratches?
