    Hello

I would like to custom paint my laptop at an affordable price.. and i found some persons talking about the krylon paint.
have anyone used them for their laptop? the fusion one.. supposed to require no special preparation before applying
what are the required equipments to perform a paint job with the krylon paint?
is there some kind of finish paint to be applied after applying the paint.. or anything to be done before? ..

and where can i have them ordered online?

    please let me know ^^

    thank you

ive looked at soooo many threads and some talk about using the Krylon fusion without prep..
and some did still with krylon fusion
but the one that didn't do preps didn't give a feedback at the end of how it turned out

I think that you will always get the best results if you prep it right.

Yeah I'm going to paint mine soon too I believe. Kinda nervous I'll screw something up, because taking the parts off and painting might be a pain without the full service manual.

What do you guys recommend for the clear coat? does krylon make one or what do you recommend?

well i'm planning not to disassemble mine since it's like only 2 weeks old rite now.
But i had the design.. i'm planning on having a relief logo on the lid, but with a simple paint job done first. I'm thinking of a silver like color.
The relief logo is the FF7 Cloud one.. it's in metal silver too..
