I like a panel, is it possible to find which laptop I can use?

    Hi,
I would like to have the panel: "17,3" 3840x2160 4K UHD LED Display Screen matt B173ZAN03.2 (AUO329B)"
It has a 24mm 40 pin (eDP,4 Lanes) connector and is 389.89(H)×238.31(V) ×3.5(D) mm big.
Now I wonder if there is a archive of which laptops this screen would compatible with? like mounting points connector, signal, signal for brightness (perhaps pwm matters) and so on .
    Or
Do you have any suggestions of laptops that would fit right away?
I'm looking for a medium performance laptop around 1000 Euros or $1200.
    Preferably not too bulky.
    Thanks for the help.

This should fit into a number of laptops with a high refresh rate 1080p and 1440p panel.
To see where else it is used or was a screen option probably best to go to notebookcheck.com, they list the panels in their reviews and I believe you can search for reviews of laptops with 4k panels.
