I have a Latitude E6400 which is constantly sliding down my lap when sitting, as the underside is quite slippery (save a couple of rubber grips in the corners).

Id like to cover most of the bottom area with some sort of rubber/foam grip that I can buy (ideally) in a sheet, with back-adhesive, that I can cut to size.

    Any ideas?

I suggest some non slip grip stickers or something like invisishield which adds a lot of grip

I second Geekz suggestion about getting one of the Zagg invisibleShields - they do add a good amount of grip and soft feel. The only issue is that I think the one made for the E6400 only covers the screen and lid:

Dell Latitude E6400 (2009 model) Skins | invisibleSHIELD by ZAGG

Another option might be one of the leatherized iPad skins from Zagg (or anywhere similar). You would likely have to do some trimming for airflow, but it would add a ton of grip as well:

Perhaps some of the spray on rubber sealant stuff..? Seen it on tv commercials anyways..

You'd have to mask everything off, but it'd be a more permanent solution than something w/adhesive backing that could peal off and make a mess..
