I am not exactly painting my notebook as much as I am painting my desktop... :p

I was just wondering what kind of paints i should look for.

The main body of my case is an aluminum or steel with what I believe to be black paint on it.

The drive shield in the front is straight up plastic.

Do I need to sand the metal?

I heard Krylon fusion is good for plastic, would it also work well on metal?

I am guessing i need to sand, prime once or twice, then apply a few coats of the paint. And what kind of finish clear paint does the job?

Sorry if I sound lieka noob. I am pretty sure it's going to turn out really well though. ;]
