    Hello Everyone.

Since I have my Travelmate C300 taken apart due to me replacing the Mainboard. I have decided to Mod this case.

I have in mind chameleon paint with some sort of Airbrush on the back lip and the palm rest.

Some worries I have is, the type of paint will this kit use, I don’t know if it will be the same type of paint as the Krylon fusion paint. So will it be durable. And hold up to daily use? If not, then I don’t mind using the single color Krylon paint.

Second, I wanted to get some Ideas on what I should get air brushed.

I am deeply in to cars.
    I own my own garage.
    I love working on cars
    I like photography
    I also like music.
    And I love everything Japanese

My idea was to just go all Automotive related, like maybe gauges on the palm rest.
And some type of badge or logo on the back lid.

But then again I wouldn’t mind some sort of Anime, or Japanese writing like (hiragana, katakana, kanji, romaji)

What do you think would be some HOT IDEAS!!!

    Let’s Discuss!!

Well after researching i found out that Krylon makes a...
Krylon Fusion for Plastic Fusion Mystic Prism.

Which is the color shifting paint i was looking for (AKA Chameleon)

I will probably go with this. And a durable Clear Coat.

Now for some good ideas, i am currently at work, but when i get home ill see if i can find some ideas. And if you have any thing in mind.. Post it please, id love to take a lookt at it. !!!!

    Thanks !

Well, I can tell you that Krylon is good paint for the notebook, I and several others users on this forum have had good experiences with it. Good luck with you paint job! Please post pictures when you are done!
