    I have googled alot now and found that its really common thing. Does anyone have done this or know good guide?
    If I have understand right it only needs LCD board panel. So if you know something about this could you help me?

    Yes, this is possible, but the amount of work and money required to turn a old laptop screen into a monitor just isn't worth it when compared to buying a new monitor. Most of the posters here will agree. So unless there is some specific reason as to why you need to do so, you're better off just buying a new monitor

    you have to buy a LCD controller that compatible with your laptop LCD
    it isn't something cheap and worth to invest

    Some ITX motherboards come with LVDS outputs. I had one of these and it was really cool. I could use a high end laptop LCD for the same price as the cheapest 1080p desktop monitors.
