    Hi, after some searching, I still cannot find those hard covers I am seeing some people using with their laptops to cover the back of their laptops, like the Hardshell Case from Incase for Macbook Pro.

    Do I have to get one custom-made or modded to my laptop?

    Yep, I had looked high and low recently for a client, and then for my wife's laptop, and the only thing I found was nothing! =)

    Instead of a hard cover you ever consider using leather since it would offer protection but be much easier to contour to your laptop.

    Same problem here! Might need to get those generic ones (if they ever exist)

    I don't like leather :(

    Hmm... Looks like the hardshell casing I saw are Macbook exclusive; had to make do with a transparent skin instead.
