Although I paid extra $200 for my GeForce 8600M GT, they [Dell] didn't include a label... (the sticker, or whatever you want to call it)
However, there was a sticker on the HP that I bought for my sister. (And the remote, on which I spent a lot of time to get it from Dell)...
Seems like Dell's tryina save every penny
PS: I need a label, it's $4+ on eBay, worth it? Or maybe I should call Dell? What do you think?
THanks

Lol, are you that insecure about your laptop that you need a sticker to prove it's got some muscle?
If your really want the sticker, call Dell and confuse a CSR. Maybe you'll end up getting your computer exchanged out because of this defect. -
If you really want the sticker, go for it. I bought stickers at one point too. I paid something like that too.
Like I said, if you want it, go for it! -
What he ^ said!!
$4? not for me (I take the stickers off) but if you want one then yeah go for it

That would be...interesting...

File a complaint. I want to hear what they have to say, lol. In all seriousness, why do you want to make your notebook uglier? Take the stickers off!
-
Haha I can't believe you'd want to go through all that trouble to just get a sticker (that most of us remove as soon as we get our notebooks).
Contacting Dell is your best option. You should get them for free. -
I dont think DELL can help, cos Ive never seen any DELL notebooks having nVidia stickers (not even on their high end XPS gaming notebooks). Your best option is eBay, or if you have a color printer, then get one of those glossy printable sticker papers and print one your self. There are enough high quality images available on the web.

Why don't you take the sticker off of your sister's computer, then put it on yours? All you need is a hair dryer, aim it at the sticker on high heat for like 15 seconds, it should come off. Then use some super glue or something and stick it on your computer
-
.
The rest of the plan is fine though. -
Yeah the guy actually PM'd me about it, turned out that I underestimated the time it will take to heat the sticker. I've never done it on one of those little stickers on computers, I've only used it to take off emblems from cars or those membership or military passes off of windshields after they expire. The time it takes me to heat those things can be as long as five minutes. So I assumed that a little sticker on a computer would take 15 seconds, but I guess not. I'm sure it'll come off undamaged eventually if the method I said was applied. I don't know what better way to stick it back on though

Yeah, thanks guys (esp p00rcoll3geboi) I'll try again sometime soon, and let you know
We could also make like a guide here.. "how to remove the 'Graphics by nVidia' stickers from your laptop"
"Graphics by nVidia" label/sticker/badge (Dell)
