    yup i found a site on yahoo where you can get this much carbon fiber vinyl. thats a little larger than a yard. more than you would need for a notebook. its about $12. compared to decalfx.com which sells them for a minimum of $20^

    i plan to cover the palm rests and the lcd cover.
    and i will still have plenty left.i might even cover my mouse, joypad, and camcorder

    i know its off topic slightly but anyone think that would be suitable for covering a guitar then putting clear coat over the top?

    i guess.
    but crap i just found out that this is not the vinyl with the adhesive backing. and its supposed to be for upholstery for vehicles (door panels ect) but i talked to one of the reps he said that i could use it for my notebook cause it stretches for curves but i have to get some vinyl adhesive spray. but its all good for carbon fiber vinyl its a pretty good price!
