    Are you talking about customs duties? If so, there is no real/legal way to get out of those....

    Why do you want a laptop skin, they dont look that great. It is hard to get a skin which looks good.
    As the others say, you are most likely going to have to pay the VAT or whatever its called.
    I dont think it would be that high for a vinyl sticker.

    If you know someone in the US, you could have them buy it, and then ship it to you.
    Probably the easiest way.
