Hello, I currently own an HP dv2000 series laptop, in which there are a lot of scratches on the left and right palm rest cover. Is there anywhere to buy any type of cover to affix over these scratches? Or are there any other ways to fix this problem? I have attached a photo to view the scratches in question.

    Thank you for any help!

The best thing would be to replace the palm rest. HP has instructions on their site with videos showing how to do this.

Search for replacement palm rests on e-bay. They're pretty cheap.

you could buy a vinyl laptop skin, cut it out to fit the keyboard area, and stick it on.
