Custom images for laptop stickers

So I have a decent bit of talent/experience with macromedia fireworks and so I've decided to give it my own go at making a custom laptop schticker for my gateway 7811-FX. This is inspired by race cars that have their part brands on the sides. I took the best logos I could of all the companies that I use and placed them on this rather simple yet elegant background image. It's not yet done since I want a bit of design around the FX logo (and it needs to be centered again) but overall, I like it.

I'm willing to help other people with similar backgrounds if you so choose (if you want this one but blank so you can put your own logos on it, let me know)

 

wow nice work there. but not liking the background of some of the logos. if you take the backgrounds off then i think it would look cleaner imho. also try out this site for your logos, most logos there are illustrator file which make them more easier to edit.

Here's the updated work. I went with a more conservative approach and am only advertising the extreme processor instead of every brand. I also thought that instead of doing a radical image on the back....the FX isn't really about that. So I'm going for more of an updated image for the lid.

 

Looks a lot cleaner, but I would stick the X9100 logo on the right side so the start menu doesn't block it, unless you have the start menu positioned differently.

 

This is going to be made into a sticker and put on the back of my laptop so I didn't have background use in mind. Although I will take that into consideration.
