I'm looking for a dell, sony, hp, mac that I can put a custom lid on with a backlit logo. Similar to the rachel zoe's laptop if anyone watches that show.

I'm not looking for a custom skin, but a customized lid.

Usually you have to do that kind of modding yourself if you want it.

I wonder if they sell 'glow in the dark' skins. These shouldn't be that much more expensive than normal skins.

    Hey Man!

I ordered a MTW cover for my Clevo M571TU.

mySN is selling Clevo/Sager Notebooks with "MTW 360 Gaming" Logo.

Asus & MSI have Gamernotebooks with different Covers.

On Dell´s & HP´s Site you can order 4Students Laptop even in different colours.

I think customized Laptops are popular, perhaps not shining in the Dark, but the most who spend more than 2000$ for a Laptop don´t want a stock one.

Is there any laptop company besides HP that allows you to put any image you want on the laptop's cover?
I'd like to put pictures of brown-diamonds, or maybe even pink diamonds

Probably you have to do it like they did in the show. Get a replacement lid, have it laser cut for your own logo or just create a logo that's sized and shaped like the original logo. Replace the original logo on the lid.

Then have your customized lid replaced, probably an authorized service point could do it and not void your warranty. The untouched original lid can be put back if laptop needs service.

I'm pretty sure Dell now offers this on certain models.

Dell offers this on their Studio, and Inspiron lines. I'm pretty sure HP has some netbooks too that can be customized visually.

You could just take the default lid and cut out a custom logo. I've known people with the old Dell XPSes will cut mod the Dell logo with backlighting.
