    What parts would I need besides the LCD Cover? I really want to do this to get rid of the ugly ass white bands.

    And have them wired so that you can control them.
    You will also need a different color keyboard.

    Black sharpie will take care of the white border

    Not sure if you can take it off but there are ways to color it like maybee usinga vinyl paint or something. I keep thinking of the HP Laser Jet printer I saw that was moded to a solid black color
