    Hi everyone,
I spent hours reading this forum before purchasing my Dell 710M, and thought it'd be a good place to ask:

Has anyone tried the vinyl decals? www.quickstickers.com has some pretty sweet (and customizable) ones for pennies (under $20 for smaller ones, inc. S&H) compared to other sites I've seen.

Application looks easy enough, but they recommend using a heat gun/hair dryer for "easy" removal.

I'm no expert, but it seems like this can't be great for my LCD. I mean, I got the extended warranty w/ accidental damage, but I feel like Dell might laugh if I tell them I blew dry my screen to death.

Edit: Anyone try the covers specifically for the Dell 710 or 600? I can't find directions for removal, but it says they're repositionable.

    Thanks!

It's not too hard to pull the lcd out of a laptop (or even just to remove the plastic around the lcd).
