Hi guys. Does anyone know how I might possibly be able to sticker on a carbon-fiber-looking sticker on the G50V's orange area?

You can see the G50V here: http://www.xoticpc.com/asus-g50vt-p-2479.html

Although not too clear in on the site, the orange area also extends slightly on the sides. Ideally, I could cover all of it and actually make this laptop look decent.

Does anyone know of any particularly stretchy or otherwise appropriate stickers and where to get them?

    Thanks.

Thanks for the site. The big problem I'm likely to have is fitting it onto the contours of the laptop without it looking very patchwork. Is it possible to get stickers that can mold to certain shapes or are very strechy?

I think the orange looks really nice. I just saw one in person the other day and thought it was a really nice shade of orange, but hey everyone has different taste. If you are going to do this it would definitely have to be custom done. If you are willing to take the laptop apart just to get to this section I would think that's the best way as it will give you the best results being able to use an exacto knife in order to get crisp lines. I would go to your local auto shop and purchase a roll of carbon fiber vinyl (about$10) and try messing with it. Much easier to work with then a sticker due to you can move it around before you let it dry and it holds into place. Also it is much more durable of a material and a lot more realistic looking than any stickers I have seen. Or you could take the piece and send it out or find someone in the area that actually does carbon fiber work and they could cover it with real carbon fiber. However that might add thickness to the edges giving it an improper fit. I would try the CF vinyl though. I used it on the palm rest of an alienware I had and it came out incredible! (sorry don't have pics anymore, flash card died that was in my camera that I used to take pics of it.)
