I just got a skin from skinit.com (with the free HP notebook offer that ran for about a month that just recently ended). I was wondering if after I stick it on, can i peel it off without damaging the notebook? And when i say damaging, i mean, will it leave any sticky residue or anything like that.

Also, if it doesn't damage the notebook, what if after i peel it off, is it reuseable?

I have not tried to remove mine but I did read that 3M made this sticker product so it will not leave residue if its removed. I don't know if its true but from what I saw when I put mine on it appeared to be true since I had to gently re-position the sticker a couple times to get it aligned so it looked right. I was able to lay it down and pull it up a couple times and it left no marks on the lid.

I'd suggest you make sure your lid is CLEAN before you try to put down the sticker. I used a bit of rubbing alcohol to remove any residue before I put the sticker on my dv9500t. The skinit sticker is cool but I would not order one if I had to pay for it because it does not cover the lid entirely.

Yep like Reby said Skinit's don't leave any residue on the laptop. They are also easy to remove and re-apply. I did a review on one a couple of years ago. You can check out the link in my signature.
