    I'm thinking about sending my Inspiron e1505 there since I hate how easily the Inspiron line can get scratched (that and I don't like silver anyway). Does anyone have any experience with their service? Also, would having my laptop painted void the warranty?

    if its opened yes, painted closed no, but dell wont help u if u have problems cuz u painted it, like got paint on the fan or something.
