    Alienware M14x R2 - Gloss White Respray

    Just finished refurbishing an old M14x R2. The soft-touch LCD lid was heavily scratched and the soft-touch palmrest had gone sticky. I removed all of the old soft-touch and resprayed the lid gloss white, the palmrest matte white and the bottom cover in matte black.

    ¿Do u use any kind of automotive clear or something above the white paint to protect the paint?

    Yes, I use a gloss or matte clear coat, depending on what I'm doing. I previously used the Rust-oleum clear but these days I'm using the Dulux Duramax
