I have some doubts about paintjobs.....

Will doing a paintjob fix all the scratches on the lid??

Can we make a normal lid glossy by doing a Paintjob
(for example, can we do a Piano Black glossy paintjob like the HP Pavilions?)

What type of Paints can we use on the lid?

I have a Toshiba Satellite A100 series notebook.....
I want to do a glossy Piano Black Paintjob on it (like the HP pavilions)...Is this possible?

The guides in the Sticky on this forum should help you to answer some of those questions. If you sand off the previous paint and apply multiple paint coats, the scratches should be removed in full. Of course, it depends what area of the notebook we are talking about.

In short, yes. To all 4 questions.

Search and Stickys will give you a ton of info on finding someone to do it or how to DIY.
