Right now, if you configure an XPS m1330 or m1530 up to $1499+, Dell instantly applies a $300 coupon that you can stack with the $200 gift card or $200 off coupon using the codes. This expires December 17.

UPDATE: The coupon for $200 off XPS models have been used up and no longer exists. You will still get a $200 gift card on top of the $300 off instead if configured over $1499+.

This would appear to only to good on the US site, as it does not for the CDN one.

For me it appears to be a $200 off that can be stacked with the $200 coupon.

    Is anyone getting $300?

Wow! I just ordered mine last night when this promotion wasn't available. I'm going to call dell right now to ask for the $300 extra off or I'll just cancel my order and reorder.

Thanks for the heads up!! :D

Dag-nam-it!!! I missed the stacking coupon!

I don't suppose Dell does coupons on their XPS line up all that often?

Want to hear awful luck? Here's a story:

Went online, entered the coupon code to see if it works. It worked, so I called up dell to ask for the $300 off my order I ordered last night. The dell rep on the phone asked for the coupon code so I gave it to him and he responded with, sorry, that coupon has expired or has used up its 3000 redeems. I told him that's impossible, about 2 minutes ago I just entered it. He responds saying he has no idea why. So I got off the phone and sure enough it expired just as I had called Dell.

After being on hold for quite a while I was hooked up to a line that closes 10PM EST...which of course it was past that time. I am going to call back tomorrow to request they give me the $300 discount I deserve, as well as the coupon because I AM one of the coupon redeemers as of last night.

Its true, the coupon has now expired. Instead, you will still get the $200 Gift card. Before, the coupon would just get rid of the gift card, but nonetheless, you would be saving the same amount if you still bought it now, it just means you have to spend more by using the gift card.

I cancelled my order to try to make it for this, but the coupon expired! :( Oh well I'm still gonna reorder, the laptop will be 100 dollars cheaper and I'll get the 200 dollar gift card, which I can use to buy a printer or something else later.

Well see they have a thing were they like to transfer you to representative after representative saying the same thing, "I am not able to perform a change to your order" instead of ever giving me a supervisor like I ask. Finally had to yell at the 7th representative on the phone that if he better not transfer me again and to give me a supervisor immediately. Sure enough I got the supervisor and got my extra $300 off.

$300 for 90 minutes, man dell can be a pain.

1 year warranty... But I was also very interested in this deal when I saw it on slickdeals. But the coupon expired an hour or two after it was posted! A brand new loaded m1530 for under a grand is CRAZY!

I wish someone would pay me $200 an/hour. That's what you made. I wouldn't complain too much if I were you.

Yeah, but when it's $300 you should have had off in the first place, and the customer service sounds like a broken record, it does get a little annoying ;)

Just be happy that you get the deal you did. Not that I'm excusing Dell's horrendous 1st level support which is horrible, but retroactively applying expired coupons that were not used in the original order is not something you should expect.

I'm glad I was able to help some people get this deal....the guy who posted on slickdeals.net did so AFTER I helped him get the deal too. I wonder how many people actually made a good deal out of this... :)
