    reeeally simple to slap a spare HD in these too. Added a 250GB one, set it up as the one Microsoft sells so I can install games and stuff onto it, and bought a cheap caddy thing for it to dock in the 360. took like 10 mins,

    Really? I tried it and it balked at me and said drive was not valid. I ended up putting my 20GB from my original Xbox 360 in it and it worked fine. Just rigged some foam around it to keep it from jiggling around.

    Whoa, excellent thanks. I have a few notebook OEM HDD's (WD I believe) 250GB and 320GB versions that I may have to try this on.
