This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    WD Passport 320GB from buy.com for $145.99 - $20 off $100 google checkout discount... $125.99
    I will take the "WD3200BEVT 320GB 5400 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Notebook Hard Drive" out and put it in my laptop and put my 80GB drive in the passport case and use it externally... not bad for $125.99!!!

    If you can't get Google Checkout discounts you can still get $5 off if you are a "new customer" or some other coupon (check fatwallet.com).
