This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    There is an instore deal at Circuit City for the HP-Compaq M2305. We decided to buy today. It's a good deal (IMHO). I am not an expert techie by any means, but here are some specs...

    Includes 60GB hard drive, 512 DDR, 1.6Ghz processor, 802.11 wireless, 1 PCMIA slot, 2 USB ports. 15" screen (not widescreen format, just FYI). Included with this deal we received another $150 worth of goodies: Epson CX3810 all-in-one printer/scanner and a D-Link DI24 Wireless-G router, both of which I am pleased with.

    Hope this helps someone else. I didn't see it mentioned.
