This is a good headset and at this price it is hard to beat. I used it for about a month (but eventually gave it up for the ATH-AD700). I found it to be very light & comfortable, and to it has good sound. It has an integrated microphone that is very convenient. The USB sound card is unfortuntaly absolute rubbish in my opinion, but the headphones themselves are still worth $55 & can be used without the USB card. As stereo headphones they are a good value.

I agree the headset is great. I was comparing the sound cards virtual surround effects to Creatives CmSS-3D and the Logitech G35, they were better in my opinion. As far as the headphones themselves go, they are great, I just used them without the sound card.
