Psy Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy is free on Fileplanet.

Download the fileplanet download manager here. Then click here to choose a server to download Psy-Ops from.

I know, I hate the waiting, but free is free so I cannot complain too much.

Hmmm. Downloaded it and installed, Avast told me there was a virus in it, I clicked repair, Avast said it couldn't so I just ignored it. Then the game wouldn't start. Reinstalled again, ignored again, and the game doesn't work.

Weird, I think it's a false positive with Avast (are you using high heuristic scanning? That gives false positives). I use Avira Professional and it hasn't detected anything, I run Psy-Ops fine.
