This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Have there been or are there any coupons available for proportable? i'm asking because i just realized i can configure a nice asus lappy there for close to my budget, so if there are coupons, that would be awesome.

    (edit, besides the 2% off we get for being members of NBR)

    2% is pretty good, margins on notebooks aren't that great.

    Yes, i have a solution now i guess. I can either go with the compaq like sometime this week, or i can wait towards christmas and add some money in with it and get the asus.......but then that christmas money can't go towards a new graphics card in my custom built gamer.
