    this is already on here somewhere, although the massive "rebate" is probably worth another post. post back if u can get MS to send u a CD.

    Yes of course it works. I've been using the Office 2007 Ultimate since May. It was an offer of Microsoft to Uni student here in Australia. I got it for A$75 bucks which i believe equals around 60 US$. And yes, it has everything you need and a life-time keycode. We did have the option to buy 1 year license for 25 bucks but I went for the lifetime one coz it worths it. I have contacted Microsoft Australia and been told that you can order a CD for another 14 bucks including delivery but I'm satisfied with the file I downloaded and yes, you can re-download it anytime you want. but keep in mind, it would not come in retail packages, just the disc by itself. Hope this help.
