Still nothing as good as last year when Dell issued $750 off $1500 coupons, but $750 off $1999 isn't bad, these coupons are valid over the holiday break and work on all Inspiron notebooks NOT XPS! The Dell Inspiron 2200 is available for $399 starting later today at Dell Business (see this thread for that deal: http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=31807)

Dell.com Up to $750 Off Inspiron Deal (expires 12/1/2005)

Three Coupon codes are available that will work on ANY Inspiron notebook (not XPS notebooks). Codes become active @ 7:00 a.m. EST 11/23/05

well, it's sort of part of the game dell plays with coupons and pricing. raise the price of a desirable size hard drive and raise the discount overall. you just have to be smart about buying and paying attention to the price as a whole.
