This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    You're buying a key so yes buyer beware to answer your question. :)

    If you want to make sure if it's legit. Contact Microsoft and provide them with the link. They will tell you if it's too good to be true and if they are not one of their partners.

    I've been burned several times from these too good to be true deals.

    looks like fraud, buying keys off of ebay and reselling them

    Those keys are 99.999% guaranteed to get shut down. If they are not TechNet keys they are keygen generated. Either way MS will shut them down. ;)
